(1) The stainless steel plate should adopt mechanical method to prepare weld break, stainless steel head heat forming should be treated with solid solution.
(2) The inner packagings shall not be welded directly on the barrel in order to avoid damaging the masterbatch and provide a special group to the scheme.
(3) Internal containers should be cleaned up in the assembly, the surface oil content should not be 125mg/㎡; after assembling the stainless steel containers, the outer surface should be treated with pickling passivation, and the surface residual cleaning agent is cleaned with tap water until the ph test is detected neutral.
(4) All welds are welded according to the relevant process documents, especially the content device, the weld seam needs smooth transition, the weld seam height does not exceed the standard stipulated value.
(5) The interlayer is used to blow apart the substitution of dried nitrogen before filling the swelling perlite powder. After filling the swelling perlite powder, the interlayer vacuum is ≤ 3Pa.
(6) In the initial fluid, in order to reduce the temperature of the internal containers due to the sharp drop in the thermal stresses, the relevant documents must be strictly controlled by the requirements of liquid flow until a large flow of fluid into the liquid.
(7) The periodical inspection includes: External visual inspection of LNG storage tanks and equipment to determine the adequacy of the sandwich, nameplate and marking should conform to the requirements, valve inspection, assessment of on-site operating conditions and environmental changes.
(8) The periodic inspection cycle shall be determined by the qualified personnel in the comprehensive consideration of the operating conditions and the manufacturer's recommendations, but generally speaking, for the flammable gas containers for not exceeding 2 years, to other containers for no more than 3 years.
